Welcome to Inbodyoga, my name is Tasha.
I specialise in Vinyasa flow. Ideal for toning, increased strength, flexibility and cultivating inner peace.
All my classes include physical practice and dedicated time for mindfulness meditation.
My mission is to help my yoga students reach their goals, whether it be to find inner peace and stillness, learn the foundations, deepen their personal practice or simply be in the present.
A bit about me: I am a finance professional, registered 200 hour yoga teacher (RYT), holistic therapist and volunteer for a London based charity supporting victims of domestic violence.

As well as teaching yoga, Tasha works in audit and assurance for the international development sector on behalf of international institutions and donors.
Obtaining a BSc in 2010 in French and Business Administration at Aston University, she then went to live in Democratic Republic of Congo to pursue her ambition of working in the international development sector. She has worked for some of the world’s largest audit firms internationally and has travelled extensively to over 35 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe and America.
Her passion for yoga grew whilst travelling in Sri Lanka where she met an outstanding yoga teacher, Lucie, who taught her Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, one on one, guiding her through the different yoga postures (asanas). This was the catalyst! The calming effects and peace of mind experienced through practising yoga as well as the physical benefits (strength and toning) inspired her, and she was eager to help others enjoy the same benefits and simply be “in the moment”.
Since graduating as a teacher with Yoga London in October 2019, Tasha has taught individuals, couples, families, friends and groups throughout London and more recently has taught yoga and meditation live on Zoom. She also volunteers with a London based charity teaching yoga and mindfulness to people who have experienced domestic violence.
Having recently moved back to her home town, Northampton, Tasha is interested in working with new students to teach yoga one on one or in small groups.
Tasha’s classes include a variety of Vinyasa flows, meditation practices and pranayama (breathing techniques) - always delivered with soothing music - while they include hands on assists to accommodate all levels. The classes have been designed to be a blend of physical exercise and more contemplative, introspective exploration.
